“కాంట్రావర్సీ” లకు కేర్ ఆఫ్ అడ్రెస్స్, నిత్యం వివాదాలతో కాపురం చేసే వివాదాస్పద డైరెక్టర్ రామ్ గోపాల్ వర్మ ఈ మధ్య కాలంలో కాస్త సైలెంట్ గా ఉన్నట్టుగా అనిపించింది కానీ ఉన్నట్టుండి సడెన్ గా ఆర్జీవీ అని గుర్తోచిందో ఏమో, హఠాత్తుగా మళ్ళి తనకు మాత్రమే సాధ్యమైన శైలిలో వివాదాలను గెలకడం మొదలు పెట్టాడు. అదేనండి మరో వివాదాస్పద సినిమా తీసే పని మొదలు పెట్టాడు.
ఇటీవలే హైదరాబాద్ నగర శివారు ప్రాంతంలో దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా సెన్సేషన్ అయిన “దిశ” ఘటన నేపథ్యంలో సినిమా చేయడానికి సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నాడు. అందుకోసం తన పనిని మొదలు పెట్టేసాడు కూడా.. తన సినిమాకి “దిశ” అని టైటిల్ కూడా పెట్టేసాడు. అసలు ఆ సంఘటన జరగడానికి గల కారణాలు, దిశ పట్ల ఆ నలుగురు చేసిన చర్యలు ఎంత దారుణంగా ఉన్నాయో చూపిస్తానని అంటున్నాడు. అంతేకాదు ఆ సంఘటన జరిగిన ప్రదేశాల ఫొటోలతో, తను తీయబోతున్న సినిమా గురించి, సినిమా టైటిల్ ని కూడా ట్విటర్ లోని తన ఖాతాలో పెట్టేసాడు.
ఎప్పుడు ఇతరుల వ్యక్తిగత విషయాలను గెలికి వివాదంగా మార్చి తన మార్క్ వివాదం చేసి సినిమాలు తీసే వర్మ… అయినా వివాదాలు లేకుండా, కాంట్రావర్సీ లు లేకుండా సమాజం కోసం సినిమాలు తీసే టైపు కాదని మనందరికీ తెలుసు. అయితే దిశ ఘటన కు సంబందించిన వారిని గెలికి మరి వార్తల్లో ఉండే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాడు. తాజాగా దిశ ఘటన నిందితులలో ఒకరైన చెన్నకేశవులు భార్య రేణుకను కలిసాడు. మిగిలిన వారి కుటుంబాలను కూడా కలిసే పనిలో ఉన్నాడు. అయితే వరుసగా కాంట్రావర్సీ లతో, వివాదాలతో, ఆసక్తికర చిత్రాలు తీస్తున్నా కూడా ప్రేక్షకులలో ఆసక్తి కలిగించలేకపోతున్నారు. అసలు వర్మ తీసే సినిమాల్లో కాస్త ఆసక్తికర అంశాలు లేకపోవడం, అసలు నిర్మాణ విలువలు పాటించకపోవడం, ఇష్టం వచ్చిన రీతిలో సినిమాలు తీసుకుంటూపోవడంతో వర్మ సినిమాల మీద ఇదివరకు ఉన్న ఆసక్తి ప్రేక్షకులకు తగ్గిపోయింది. మరి ఈ సినిమాతో ఏమి చేస్తాడో చూడాలి.
